NSCIF Impact Builders 2026 is a goal-driven cohort designed to help students move their projects beyond the prototype stage into real-world use. Instead of focusing on theory or presentations, the cohort emphasizes action—working with real users, testing solutions in actual environments, and continuously improving based on feedback.

Over the course of the program, participants will define clear goals for their projects, engage directly with their target users, and identify gaps between what they built and what users actually need. Through structured sessions, weekly tasks, and continuous support, they will refine their problem understanding, simplify their solutions, and build products that are usable, reliable, and relevant.

By the end of the cohort, each participant is expected to demonstrate tangible progress—whether through validated user insights, improved prototypes, or real usage of their solution. The focus is not on perfection, but on building something that people can actually use and benefit from.

Leadership Launchpad is a capacity-building program designed to empower young changemakers with the skills, mindset, and tools needed to lead social impact initiatives effectively. The program helps participants develop core leadership competencies such as problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and systems thinking through experiential learning and expert-led sessions.

It serves as a platform for emerging youth leaders to learn from practitioners, engage in real-world challenges, and translate ideas into actionable community projects — enabling them to grow as confident, empathetic, and impact-driven leaders.

Changemaking 101 is a program for young changemakers who are part of Global Changemaker Lab Chapters. Designed to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset, this self-learning course equips participants with the tools to understand communities around them, identify pressing grassroots issues, and develop sustainable solutions, in alignment with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as defined by the United Nations. By following the 3C Model of changemaking, participants will: 1. Collect Dreams – Learn to connect with communities and uncover their needs and aspirations, building a strong foundation for impactful change. 2. Create Solutions – Transition from idea to action by developing and implementing projects that address real challenges within the community. 3. Change Lives – Ensure lasting impact by executing solutions that transform lives and create sustainable progress on the ground. Through this course, students will not only gain insights into social entrepreneurship but also develop personal and professional skills that will serve them throughout their lives. They will also contribute to advancing the SDGs, ensuring their projects have a far-reaching and sustainable impact. Changemaking 101 provides a clear roadmap for turning ideas into tangible outcomes, guiding participants through the process of refining, analyzing, and executing their ideas to create real-world impact. With this program, students will learn to convert abstract concepts into actionable projects, moving from initial brainstorming to the creation of a social venture or prototype. The practical focus ensures that participants understand how to assess their solutions' effectiveness and sustainability, making this course a valuable stepping stone in their changemaking journey.
